Customer feedback remains a core tenet of our business, and we recently heard from customers that there was a need for more breakfast items that satisfied special dietary needs (specifically gluten-free).

Taking on board your feedback, we introduced our new Breakfast Egg Wrap in late 2022 – a completely unique concept to Oliver’s that quickly became one of our highest selling menu items. It’s point of difference is the wrap itself – it’s made entirely from free-range egg, making it a delicious low carb, less starchy, light to taste breakfast option that still leaves you feeling full and satisfied.

The kicker? It’s gluten-free.

Featuring a combination of golden grilled halloumi, fresh tomato, avocado, baby spinach and aioli, our Breakfast Egg Wrap can also be made dairy-free by replacing haloumi with a crispy, fluffy organic hash brown.
