Gluten Free? Oliver’s Has You Covered

Whether you’re gluten free by dietary need or by preference, we have plenty of options sure to satisfy when you're on the road.

Oliver’s has always been the healthy taste of home, away from home. As champions of nutrition and truly good food, we’ve always focused on catering for those who have specific dietary needs and preferences. So, what can you get at Oliver’s that’s gluten free and coeliac safe? We’re happy to say there is an abundance of healthy and wholesome options.

But before we get into it, an important note. While we have strict systems and procedures in place to prevent cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that our restaurants are 100% free of any traces of gluten. We do have a range of packaged products which are coeliac friendly, so if you’re coeliac or highly sensitive to gluten, please talk to our highly-trained staff who will be more than happy to help.

Gluten free breakfast of champions

Our breakfast menu is full of loveable Aussie breakfast favourites, most of which are gluten free (or can be tweaked to be). First up, our bestselling Breakfast Egg Wrap is flavour and nutrient packed with haloumi, tomato, avocado and baby spinach but no gluten – the wrap is made from egg. While egg wraps are more widely available overseas, we’re the first and only Australian cafe/restaurant chain to serve them, and we’re proud of it. 

Our fluffy crumpets, served with melted butter and honey, are free from gluten. Also, our Bacon & Egg Roll and Hash Brown & Avocado Roll can be made on gluten free (and low carbohydrate) keto buns, made bespoke for Oliver’s by a specialist bakery. Even our Avocado on Sourdough has the option to substitute sourdough for gluten free toast.

So it’s safe to say that you’re spoilt for choice at Oliver’s for a gluten free breakfast. Even better, we’re now serving breakfast all day.

All of the snacks

If you’re after a gluten free snack to go with your coffee or smoothie, Oliver’s is the place to go. In store you’ll find freshly made baked goodies like cookies, muffins, bliss balls, energy balls and banana bread, packaged snacks perfect to grab and go including crisps, popcorn, protein bars, fruit salads and yoghurt cups. A special shoutout to our Macadamia Muesli and Maple & Almond Granola – both are 100% delicious and gluten free, so grab a bag or two to take with you. There’s no shortage of snacks for the road at Oliver’s.

Lunch and dinner

Just like our breakfast rolls, our Peri Peri Chicken and Oli Burgers can be made without gluten by simply swapping out the bun to our gluten free option. Many of our bowls are made gluten free as well, with our popular Haloumi Nourish Bowl a perfect example of a wholesome and nourishing, yet super tasty option. We also have seasonal special menu options including hearty winter soups and fresh, flavourful salads during summer.


We understand that whether it’s because of allergies or lifestyle, finding gluten free options for kids can be even harder than for adults. Plus, if they’re hungry, you’ll hear about it! That’s why our kids menu has healthy gluten free options across the day, sure to satisfy their growing appetites.
